Joy- The Overskirt

Bursting with a bold pink floral design. The Joy overskirt would be the perfect statement piece for a special event. It sits beautifully over a jumpsuit, trouser suit or fitted plain dress. This skirt is fully lined and the waistband ties with a beautiful ribbon. 

Designed and made in collaboration with my mother, this skirt is for a fashion and art lover. This limited edition edit has two different designs which are complete prints onto Irish Linen of my original artwork. These versatile statement skirts are made to last and can be worn by all shapes and sizes. An investment piece of sustainable fashion that can be reworn, shared and handed down through the generations. A piece of fashion to cherish forever,  designed to be worn again and again.

Each image is printed onto Irish Linen in Ireland. Digital pigment prints are amongst the most environmentally sound as they don't require wash off so create little effluent waste. The overskirt ties around any outfit with a ribbon to finish. It is fully lined and lovingly handmade. Handwash is recommended.

Kim and Kathleen's design follows a pre-order model for the overskirt edit. This is a more sustainable approach to production. It reduces waste and makes each piece special as it is lovingly custom made for each order. Each skirt is handmade by Kathleen. This means your unique skirt may take 6-8 weeks to be made, but trust us it is worth the wait. 

 All orders will be carefully packaged and posted with an-post and with care instructions.
